Potential Assessment Operator using the Potentialis® method

Why train in the Potentialis® method?
Training in the Potentialis® approach means choosing a unique pedagogical method focused on supporting the self-evaluation of dominant potentials, through concrete, empowering, and activating scenarios.
MM2I is the only training center exclusively authorized by Marie Renée Rollet — creator of the method — to transmit this innovative approach, which aims to maximize the potential and autonomy of each individual in their personal and professional journey.
International Expansion Today
Biljana Courpied-Rollet is expanding our Potential Assessment Operator training using the Potentialis® method into two new languages: English and BCMS (Serbo-Croatian). This is a key milestone that marks the growth of our activity and reinforces our ambition to welcome an increasingly international community of learners.
A Recognized Certification Professionals trained by MM2I who have successfully completed the skills assessment tests obtain the following certification: "Integrating the Potentialis® method within the framework of supporting the definition of a professional and personal project."
Upon completion of the training, you will be able to:
Conduct potential assessments based on the Potentialis® method.
Support individuals in the (re)discovery of their strengths, their drivers, and their capacity to project themselves.
Foster motivation, self-confidence, and commitment to action.
